- 5+ years’ of experience in the healthcare industry, including managed care and commercial benefit sectors.
- Proficient in managing client relationships and addressing multifaceted project needs.
- Skilled in creating comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) to align with client objectives and project deliverables.
- Experienced in developing and executing business plans to support and exceed project goals.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication, including presentations to high-level executives and leadership at all organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Capable of working autonomously while effectively navigating complex matrixed environments.
- Adept at resolving challenges with a methodical, detail-oriented approach.
- Exceptional ability to understand and manage emotions, fostering productive and positive relationships.
- Experienced in resolving conflicts and developing forward-thinking strategies.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and informing decisions.
