Job Description
• Oversee first and third-party claims of heightened exposure, complex extra-contractual matters
• Perform extra-contractual analysis based on factual and legal issues
• Provide advice to the Claims Organization on extra-contractual and bad faith issues
• Prepare and present recommendations for settlement of claims
• Work closely with outside counsel and the Claims Organization
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law within State of Practice
- 3+ years of substantive legal experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department
- Insurance defense experience (required)
