• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget from inception through completion • Drive all aspects of construction, including design development, permitting, competitive bid processes, team selection, construction oversight, and project closeout • Collaborate with design teams, operators, and clients to ensure project goals are met • Submit monthly project financial reports, including forecasting and cash-flow analysis • Develop, manage, and maintain vendor contracts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
