• Serve as the Workday expert for Talent Acquisition and Core HCM, driving system optimization, compliance, and user experience excellence. • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance standards. • Recommend and implement best-practice design across Workday HCM and TA modules; maintain configurations and system setup. • Design, maintain, and optimize Workday business processes with a focus on data protection, regulatory compliance, and performance. • Demonstrate deep, hands‑on expertise across all Workday TA business processes—from Candidate Engagement through Hire. • Partner closely with HR, IT, TA leaders, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design enhancements, and drive continuous improvement. • Configure, test, validate, and deploy Workday solutions with precision, scalability, and user experience in mind. • Troubleshoot issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and deliver corrective actions or system enhancements. • Document configurations, business processes, and standards for training, communication, and audit readiness. • Provide guidance, support, and training to HR, TA teams, and HR Technology colleagues. • Participate in Workday projects, including module implementations, optimization initiatives, and release cycle updates. • Operate independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, adapting to shifting priorities. • Maintain expertise in Workday release cycles, adopting new features and functionality where impactful. • Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills to advance TA performance and efficiency.
