Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing application engineering and QA teams across onshore and offshore models, fostering accountability and continuous improvement • Define and execute the application engineering strategy aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture • Own the full lifecycle of applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure, balancing feature delivery, scalability, platform stability, and technical debt reduction • Drive agile program execution across multiple teams using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks, ensuring predictable and high-quality releases • Provide technical leadership across architecture, integration, APIs, reporting solutions, and DevOps/CI/CD practices • Ensure application platforms are AI-ready and aligned with Microsoft’s AI and Copilot strategy in partnership with Architecture, Data, and Security teams • Establish engineering standards, delivery governance, and performance metrics while communicating status, risks, and dependencies clearly to senior stakeholders

Job Requirements

10+ years of experience in software development and application engineering, with at least 5+ years leading development teams
Proven expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise application reporting solutions
Experience managing distributed and offshore teams while maintaining high engagement and performance standards
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices within cloud-based environments
Familiarity with Azure data concepts, data visualization, and integration best practices; experience with SQL Server and legacy platforms is a plus
A strategic, player-coach leadership style that balances technical depth with team development and execution excellence
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP or CSM preferred)
