• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including accurate and timely invoicing. • Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections. • Apply and reconcile customer payments; investigate and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain accurate AR records and support cash flow management. • Process and review vendor invoices and employee expense reports. • Maintain organized documentation and support internal controls over disbursements. • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy. • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities. • Complete bank and account reconciliations. • Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules. • Analyze financial results and research variances. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. • Handle ad hoc financial analysis and operational support as needed.
