Job Description
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/ regulations and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience, or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
- 7+ years of experience in technical project or delivery management
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technology delivery
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering SAP Greenfield and Brownfield implementations
- Experience delivering enterprise or large-scale technology initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Background in software development, systems integration, or architecture
- Project management or Agile certification (PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
