• Own the License to Operate: Take complete end-to-end oversight of our regulatory licensing programs. • Master Regulatory Narratives: Lead our high-volume regulatory complaint process. • Orchestrate Regulatory Audits: Act as the lead investigator during regulatory audits. • Drive Program Evolution: Move beyond manual tracking by identifying bottlenecks. • Manage External Alliances: Serve as the primary liaison for licensing vendors and state regulators. • Deliver Data Intelligence: Create and maintain high-impact dashboards that translate complaint trends. • Close the Loop on Risk: Take ownership of audit remediation.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in a structured, process-oriented environment (Compliance or Audit), specifically within a highly regulated industry like consumer financial services or collections.
