Job Description
• Lead design for large, complex, and ambiguous problem spaces
• Translate company strategy into coherent experience strategy
• Identify opportunities that cut across teams
• Lead design of AI-enabled features and workflows
• Deliver high-quality design
• Mentor and coach other designers
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights for decisions
Job Requirements
- 8-10+ years of product design experience
- Experience leading end-to-end design for high-impact initiatives
- Strong systems thinking across workflows
- Ability to influence strategy and direction
- Excellence in interaction design, visual design, and product thinking
- Experience mentoring designers
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and defining structure
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
