• Analyze and manage safety programs and shrink performance • Partner with field leadership, conduct theft and fraud investigations • Review exception reports and manage asset protection teams • Supervise day-to-day operations and long-range planning for Asset Protection • Integrate with Store/DC Operations and develop new initiatives • Hire, train, evaluate, and mentor Asset Protection associates
