Job Description

• Manage and maintain customers relationships, ensuring that all customers attain a high level of adoption and business value from using Pigment • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors to create passion and satisfaction for Pigment • Develop deep product expertise and creativity to work closely with our product team on the product vision and roadmap • Participate in updating Pigment’s project management methodology • Deliver awe-inspiring presentations and trainings, provide insightful practices and structure creative solution

Job Requirements

BA/BS degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
4 years of experience in project management, sales or professional services at a software or SaaS company
