• Own the requirements and specifications for multiple major functional areas of the CRM application (Customer Data, Opportunity Management, Products & Pricing, etc.) • Participate in the full product lifecycle, from ideation and pitching through design, development, and delivery to bring new features to market • Analyze start-ups and incumbents in the CRM space, identifying opportunities to differentiate our application • Develop a multi-release roadmap for your functional areas with focus and prioritization • Partner with engineering and platform team(s) to deliver quality product features on time • Establish customization best practices and work with early customers to support implementations and drive adoption • Demonstrate understanding of the underlying platform and the end to end application, representing the CRM application to internal and external stakeholders
