Job Description

• Own and evolve a holistic member engagement strategy that drives acquisition, retention, and improved health outcomes across apree health offerings. • Build targeted, outcomes-focused engagement strategies using clinical risk data, social determinants of health, plan status, and demographics. • Set clear, measurable member engagement goals and take ownership of delivering results through targeted, data driven engagement strategies. • Design and launch multi-channel engagement campaigns across digital and offline channels (e.g., app and SMS, email, direct mail, events, webinars, outreach calls, and social media). • Develop and execute B2C social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness and acquisition. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Analytics, Finance, and Customer Experience to implement engagement programs quickly and effectively. • Work closely with designers and creative partners to bring ideas to life—writing content and briefs, reviewing concepts, launching campaigns, and analyzing results. • Measure performance, test and learn, and use data to continuously refine strategy and improve member engagement. • Clearly communicate insights, results, and recommendations to internal teams and client partners.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in engagement, growth, lifecycle, or marketing strategy, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or another regulated, consumer-facing industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to define audiences, inform strategy, and optimize performance.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare concepts such as value-based care, patient engagement, behavior change, clinical risk stratification, and digital health.
  • Experience with multi-channel and lifecycle marketing, including marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Braze or similar).
  • Experience developing and managing B2C social media strategies with demonstrated success in driving engagement, growth, and conversions.
  • Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent communicator with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, moves quickly, and delivers results with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborative leader who can flex between leading initiatives and supporting teammates as needed.
