• Be a team player, respectful and helpful to the entire recruiting team • Skillfully recruit both primary and supplemental providers necessary to stabilize the practices under an assigned Market • Develop key relationships with Medical Directors, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and client representative when applicable to nurture healthy and stable practices • Perform all necessary and creative tactics to successfully recruit assigned practices • Work with clinical Recruiting Manager to ensure appropriate resources are being allocated in support of open positions and hot spots
