In this multifaceted role, you will provide essential support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities at our charming ranch. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with special projects. You will be the first point of contact for guests and employees, so your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the management team.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with inventory management and supply orders to ensure office efficiency.
- Support various departments with administrative functions and special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration is an asset.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with office technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information.
