Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Oversee employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and new hire paperwork.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews.
- Maintain accurate records related to payroll, onboarding, and recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies during payroll and hiring processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, recruitment, or employee onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus.
