Job Description
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the Vesta 911 call handling customer services contracts and relationships.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and drive appropriate resources to solve complex issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, and CMSO Support teams throughout customer engagement.
• Accountable for the execution of service agreements, deployment of field resources, and escalation management.
• Deliver consistent service levels and manage customer escalations effectively.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree, OR 3+ years of experience in one of the following: Technical Customer Support, 911 Centers, or Public Safety required.
- Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
