• Own commercial contracting end-to-end while building scalable legal infrastructure across all areas of the business. • Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of customer agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, and partner/reseller contracts. • Develop scalable playbooks, fallback positions, and templates for standard agreements. • Collaborate with GTM teams to accelerate sales cycles while balancing risk and compliance. • Provide support on general corporate matters, including board governance, legal entity management, and international expansion. • Partner with COO and outside counsel on equity, financings, and fundraising events. • Advise on M&A activity, due diligence, and integration planning. • Manage IP portfolio, including trademarks, copyright, and open source licensing. • Build foundational processes for contract lifecycle management. • Monitor regulatory changes and risk exposure; ensure compliance.
