• Advise on customs compliance matters, including valuation, classification, and country of origin determinations for imported goods. • Review, draft, and negotiate documentation related to import/export compliance, low-value shipments, express shipments, and global trade regulations. • Counsel business teams on regulatory risks and compliance strategies impacting U.S. and cross-border trade operations. • Monitor developments in customs and trade laws and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders. • Partner with logistics, supply chain, operations, and legal teams to ensure adherence to customs requirements. • Support development and implementation of internal trade compliance policies, governance frameworks, and training initiatives.
