• Interact daily with Customer Operations and Central Operations teams • Identify opportunities to minimize defects and improve process outcomes • Produce customer-ready deliverables and demonstrate solid judgement when solving problems • Leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements • Present findings to customers for understanding and alignment • Support a high touch relationship with client counterparts and leadership • Build and mentor a high performing team • Be a liaison between internal operations and client teams
