Job Description
• Support execution of free user growth initiatives across Freemium, Viewer, Education, and Community segments
• Help define success metrics for free user growth, activation, and engagement across segments
• Analyze free user journeys end-to-end to identify drop-offs and opportunities
• Prepare clear updates and insights highlighting what is driving free user growth
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in growth, community, education programs, product marketing, or ecosystem-focused roles
- Experience supporting user growth, engagement, or activation initiatives in SaaS or digital products
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product or marketing analytics tools
