• Analyze, interpret and tell a story from client financial, operational and performance data • Provide fact-based recommendations to drive program enhancements and reduce costs • Test the systems of record for consistency and escalate issues • Ensure accurate reporting to support SLA and KPI reporting • Benchmark data against industry standards to assist in developing account roadmaps • Drive data governance efforts at the account and enterprise level • Assist leadership with on-demand reporting requests
