• Responsible for successfully launching new clients on Alkami’s digital banking platform • Oversee execution of a comprehensive implementation program plan • Drive ARR realization and retention through execution of customer implementations • Establish reporting and dashboards connecting implementation performance to ARR activation • Collaborate with functional leaders to drive focus on business objectives • Establish and maintain a strong partnership with PMO • Drives cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of implementation deliverables • Provide leadership and continuous coaching to implementation teams. • Accountable for managing internal and external escalations, communications, metrics reporting, and SLAs • Proactively seek out opportunities for organizational improvement.
