• Responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting • Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations • Manage stakeholder expectations by analyzing expectations and requirements • Identify project issues and risks and resolve or escalate as appropriate • Provide 24/7 support when scheduled • Review and test changes, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, and each new release as assigned
