• Provides patient care, documents and charges for care per department policy • Independently supervises Behavioral Health Consultants and operations of the BHC services in ambulatory areas • Implements BHC programs, policies, and procedures of the department and conforms to budgetary guidelines • Develops and monitors a clinical plan and helps manager oversee all activities of program implementation • Provides support to practices who are integrating Behavioral Health Consultants into their workflow
