Job Description

• Build, manage, and expand relationships with existing DFS clients through regular, consultative engagement • Identify, analyze, and qualify new retail leasing opportunities, including limited prospecting within approved channels • Process and manage retail equipment finance transactions from inquiry through funding • Explain leasing products, pricing, rates, and terms to clients in a clear and consultative manner • Partner closely with internal sales support and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless execution • Respond to inbound referrals and inquiries, including occasional requests from Business Banking partners • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and client information using internal systems and tools • Consult with clients on business strategies and demonstrate how Equipment Finance solutions can support profitability, competitiveness, and risk reduction • Participate in ongoing sales training and peer collaboration as the business continues to scale and grow

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of leasing and sales experience
  • Strong leasing sales, relationship management, and new business development skills
  • Knowledge of Equipment Finance (preferred)
  • Familiarity with U.S. Bank policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to execute sales strategies
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exposure to Salesforce for pipeline management is a plus
