Job Description
Job Requirements
- 6+ years in Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or FP&A, specifically within high-growth fintech or marketplace environments.
- Expert-level skills in 3-statement integrated modeling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to build automated "Source of Truth" dashboards.
- Ability to distill complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance executives.
- A "builder" mentality—you are comfortable doing the manual work in Q1 to build the automated systems needed for Q2 and beyond.
