Job Description
• Lead the USMAEG Immunology TA through the process of the creation of insight strategy, collection, analysis and communication.
• Champion the rollout and adoption of the insight analytics platform by engaging and training MSLs, Medical Directors, and field medical teams.
• Subject matter expert on Immunology Insights across USMAEG
• Design and iterate prompts to extract, summarize, and normalize insights from Veeva CRM KMIs and other channels.
• Operationalize a closed-loop process so insights flow into quarterly reviews and strategy updates.
Job Requirements
- Scientific degree preferable (BS/MS/PharmD/MD/PhD)
- 8+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or agency setting supporting Medical Affairs
- Direct experience with the medical insight generation process and function-related process specifics (+3 years)
- Prior experience in Immunology or Rare Disease preferred
- Strong scientific/medical written and verbal communication skills required
