Job Description

• Report to the Executive Vice President of Sales • Lead a team that will focus on driving sales across all food service channels • Develop and execute plans to inspire others to deliver desired results • Partner with the EVP of Sales to achieve revenue, share, and profit growth objectives in food service • Develop and implement customer-specific plans for accounts • Lead execution of plans to establish and maintain relationships with customers • Track and report on partnerships and sales objectives • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and HQ for forecasting activities

Job Requirements

At least 15 years of sales experience in the food service business
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in both direct and broker sales models
Demonstrated experience in achieving sales goals
Demonstrated experience in a key leadership role with success at leading a sales organization
Possess advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be a team player who can collaborate with internal and external resources
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
