We’re looking for proactive, tech-savvy Registered Dietitians to deliver evidence-based, insurance-reimbursable Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) through our digital coaching platform. As part of our lifestyle and nutrition coaching program, you’ll blend clinical expertise, behavior science, and digital-first care to help clients build sustainable habits and long-term health outcomes. What You’ll Do: • Provide personalized nutrition care Deliver ~25 weekly 1:1 telehealth consults, plus in-app follow-ups, within a flexible 40-hour workweek (mix of weekdays/evenings/weekends). • Support sustainable behavior change Use motivational interviewing and habit-building frameworks to help clients reduce barriers, stay consistent, and improve outcomes. • Drive engagement and retention Build strong client relationships through regular touchpoints and empathetic, high-quality coaching. • Work confidently in a digital ecosystem Use our app, documentation tools, and billing systems to streamline care delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams Partner with medical providers, product teams, and fellow RDs to support integrated care. • Contribute to innovation (~10% of role) Help refine AI-supported coaching tools, test new product features, and provide insights to improve the client experience. • Deliver reimbursable MNT Provide structured Medical Nutrition Therapy and maintain accurate, timely documentation for insurance billing. What We’re Looking For Must-haves Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential Active license in at least one state (multi-state preferred): AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, MA, MI, NJ, NY, TX, VA Strong clinical knowledge in nutrition science and patient assessment Expertise in behavior-change techniques (motivational interviewing, habit coaching) Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth, EHRs, and digital platforms Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with insurance-based MNT and CPT codes Authorized to work in the U.S. Nice to have Supervisory or leadership experience Experience in hospitals, long-term care, or geriatrics Tube feeding management and diagnostic evaluation familiarity Understanding of dietary department operations and compliance standards Benefits Health and vision insurance Paid time off Continuing education credits Fully remote role with flexible scheduling
