Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in similar data analytics/scientist roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, or similar quantitative discipline
- Strong verbal and presentation communication skills; be able to build the narrative around what you see surfacing in the data
- Enthusiasm for working and interacting with senior leadership and a range of teams across the company
- Deep expertise in SQL & data wrangling
- Experience building out reporting in data visualization tool (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- A/B Testing background
- Nice-to-haves
- Python skills
- Salesforce familiarity
- Experience with real estate and/or marketplace data

- Zone 2: $108,000 - $130,000 TTC (including $97,000 - $114,000 base salary) + equity
- Zone 3: $99,000 - $120,000 TTC (including $89,000 - $105,000 base salary) + equity
