Job Description

• lead the strategic evolution of the GRC capabilities • shaping architecture decisions • driving transition toward Archer’s NRGX platform • influencing how risk, cybersecurity, and compliance operate across the organization • technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications • develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings • advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance • leading the design, architecture, and strategic evolution of the RSA Archer IRM platform • partner with business stakeholders, risk leaders, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Archer solutions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 8 or more experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
  • Prior project lead experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and administering RSA Archer IRM solutions in enterprise environments
  • Proven experience architecting scalable Archer applications, data models, questionnaires, workflows, integrations, and access models
  • Strong understanding of enterprise GRC domains including IT risk, cybersecurity risk, third-party/vendor risk, compliance, audit, and privacy programs
  • Expertise in Archer platform administration, configuration, upgrades,environment management (on-premise, SaaS, or hybrid)
  • Experience integrating Archer with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, identity platforms, vulnerability tools, or security ecosystems
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate risk and business requirements into technical architecture.
