• Developing creative concepts for ads (print and online) and marketing pieces • Create innovative and high-quality graphic design for print and other media • Ensure appropriate corporate branding for Pearl and assigned associations are maintained • Collaborate creatively with coworkers to concept and develop marketing campaigns • Seek printer quotes, initiate purchase, and postage requests • Work closely with third party print vendors for timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials • Create various in-house projects as schedule and budget require • Track project activity and progress through Trello; track time spent on each project through Harvest
