• Deliver a product vision that provides valuable land intelligence and accelerates the lending experience. • Translate strategic goals into actionable product initiatives with measurable outcomes. • Champion customer/user-centered design and ensure product decisions are informed by customer feedback, behavioral data, and market insights. • Leverage modern tools to build functional UI/UX mockups and high-fidelity prototypes, accelerating learning and development cycles. • Translate validated prototypes and user feedback into rigorous Product Requirement Documents and granular user stories. • Oversee product analytics, feedback loops, and continuous iteration to improve user experience and product performance. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and innovation opportunities. • Align product initiatives with marketing and business teams to drive cohesive go-to-market execution. • Partner with the Head of Architecture to integrate AI-powered automation and security requirements into cloud-native infrastructure. • Partner with risk management professionals to optimize within AAC’s board approved risk appetite. • Facilitate alignment across internal stakeholders and external technology partners to drive platform scalability and integration. • Manage the product relationship with key platform vendors, ensuring their roadmaps align with AAC’s strategic needs and that deliverables meet our rigorous UX/UI standards. • Develop and support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, lending, and alliance teams. • Manage product-related budgets, cost centers, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficiency. • Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to AAC’s policies, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks. • Perform other duties as assigned.
