We are recruiting a CEO for a highly innovative, expanding alternative school network. They are reimagining high school education by putting students in control of their learning through a hybrid, mastery-based model. This tuition-free program prioritises purpose over grades, passion over pressure and progress over conformity. The model is growing and expanding to new locations.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute strategic vision for scaling a proven educational model across multiple geographies
- Lead school operations, while maintaining the culture and innovative spirit of student-centered learning
- Build, develop and inspire high-performing teams of educators, guides and operational staff
- Own P&L, fundraising and operational metrics while driving measurable student outcomes
- Cultivate deep relationships with students, families and community partners to build lasting trust and engagement
