The Opportunity We’re looking for a Data and Analytics Engineer II who brings both technical excellence and systems thinking to help us scale our data infrastructure and insights delivery. You’ll lead the development of robust pipelines, intuitive dashboards, and analytics tooling that directly supports our clinical, research, and operational priorities. You’ll act as a thought partner to our data science and business teams, help elevate our engineering standards, and explore emerging technologies—including the use of AI—to improve efficiency and impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, low-ego environment where data makes a difference for real patients. To round out our world-class total rewards package, we provide annualized base salary compensation in the range listed below.  Final salary range may be modified commensurate with job level, education, and experience.
