• Partner with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies • Own full-cycle recruiting for complex engineering roles (e.g., backend, frontend, mobile, infrastructure, data, security) • Build and maintain high-quality engineering talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, referrals, and market intelligence • Screen and assess candidates against defined technical and performance outcomes; facilitate structured debrief discussions • Lead offer strategy, approvals, negotiation, and proactive closing plans for competitive technical talent • Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding partnership • Leverage recruiting data, market insights, and AI tools to inform decisions and continuously improve engineering hiring processes
