Job Requirements
- You live the Databricks’ core values and instill them in the team you are leading.
- You will have 5+ years of successfully building and leading high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers within the Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, AI spaces.
- History of exceeding quota and thriving in hyper-growth Enterprise technology companies.
- Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message.
- Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to help grow strategic enterprise territories and ensure customer success.
- Strong Telecommunications industry experience is preferred
- With this role, a proven track record of leading teams to success when focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption is critical.
