Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong backend development skills, comfortable with full stack
- Proficiency in Node.js, Next.js, AWS, and related technologies
- Excellent communication skills and customer interaction experience
- Experience working in early-stage startups (<30 employees) preferred
