Job Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Finanzfunktion, idealerweise als CFO, Finance Director oder Senior Finance Lead in wachstumsorientierten Organisationen, Beteiligungsstrukturen oder komplexen Verbünden
- Nachweisliche Expertise in der Erstellung, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Businessplänen, Finanzmodellen und Investitionsrechnungen inklusive Szenario und Sensitivitätsanalysen
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Investorenansprache, im Umgang mit privaten und institutionellen Kapitalgebern sowie in der Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Finanzierungsrunden
- Tiefe Kenntnisse in der Strukturierung von Beteiligungen, Finanzierungen und Co-Investment Modellen unter Berücksichtigung von Governance, Haftung und langfristiger Skalierbarkeit
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Liquiditätsmanagement, Mehrjahresplanung, Kapitalallokation und strategischer Finanzsteuerung auf Gruppen oder Verbandsebene
- Erfahrung im Sparring mit Vorständen, Geschäftsführungen oder Gremien zu Wachstumsstrategien, Risikoabwägungen und Investitionsentscheidungen
