• Serve as project manager for projects and initiatives by organizing team planning, administration, and reporting to ensure successful project execution • Develop and maintain project timelines, including identification of milestones, and track, assign and maintain clear action items and exception reporting • Drive change management activities for the P&C initiatives that will assist with adoption • Liaise with the centralized ePMO, internal communications team, and change management function as appropriate • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for initiatives with project-related vendors and other third parties • Oversee timelines and external vendor partnerships including management of vendor payments/invoices • Support the development and maintenance of project budgets, monitor variances, and take timely corrective action as needed; coordinate long-range planning and forecasting activities for the division • Provide project reporting for project stakeholders and senior leadership • Support the creation of reporting for Senior Leadership and the Board of Governors
