Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in product security roles, including global team management
- Extensive experience leading security initiatives for Embedded and/or Industrial Control Systems in a global context
- Demonstrated expertise securing SaaS offerings across architecture, deployment, and ongoing operations
- Comprehensive understanding of AI deployment in new and existing products, including security guardrails, testing, and deployment best practices
- Proven track record building and scaling product security programs in complex, multinational environments
- Direct experience collaborating with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored security solutions
- Strong R&D background with deep understanding of the product lifecycle and integrating security into development processes
- Recognized thought leadership in product security (e.g., publications, speaking engagements, industry accolades)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CSSLP) strongly preferred.
