• Collaborate with Business and Sales Leadership to develop strategic territory plan to achieve sales and margin growth goals • Provide strategic communication link between customers and Regal Rexnord business leadership • Lead negotiations/business agreements with key accounts in the territory • Lead customer value add productivity projects • Development of plans & value propositions for solution-selling to overcome the price objection • Highly engaged use of CRM to manage and report on growth opportunities & projects • Utilization of CRM to manage activities in support of the customer relationship • Create opportunities for strategic involvement of business/functional team members at key locations in territory • Timely response to Leadership requests for critical information • Support and successful execution of any internal Regal Rexnord product simplification or restructuring initiatives • Ensure prompt response to customer issues including sample testing on customer applications • Presentation of proposals and quotes to customers and ensure adherence to pricing strategy defined by business • Participate in product training and Business Unit strategy/planning meetings as necessary
