• Own the creative and strategic vision across content and publishing projects, ensuring design decisions are grounded in user needs, business objectives, and exceptional visual craft. • Lead and elevate the visual expression of client brands across digital experiences, ensuring a distinctive, high-craft aesthetic that differentiates our work in the market. • Partner directly with clients to understand their goals, co-create solutions, and confidently present work in pitches and reviews. • Facilitate collaborative workshops and guide design processes that turn insights and feedback into refined, high-impact outcomes. • Unite cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, design, and content strategy) with strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced, remote agency environment. • Push creative boundaries through thoughtful experimentation and innovative editorial and digital storytelling. • Serve as the most senior leader of Fueled's Visual and User Experience Design functions within its Content and Digital Publishing-focused practice area, responsible for both elevation of craft and day-to-day agency business needs like staffing and hiring.
