Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, information security, audit, or related fields
- Hands-on experience supporting audits such as SOX, SOC 1, SOC 2, HITRUST, or PCI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex access and control data
- Experience working with IAM technologies such as Saviynt, Active Directory, and RACF or similar platforms
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business partners
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience using SQL, reporting tools, or advanced Excel to analyze access data
- Familiarity with role-based access control models and identity governance best practices
- Exposure to Agile or iterative delivery environments
