Job Description
• Lead McWane’s enterprise integration strategy, supporting D365 Support Team.
• Engage with division teams to optimize the use of software and ensure effective data flows.
• Develop and execute the enterprise integration roadmap.
• Enhance user training and promote continuous improvement in Dynamics 365 utilization.
• Build a supportive culture within the integration team and ensure compliance with security and regulatory frameworks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus related experience is preferred; OR an equivalent combination of related education and/or experience is required.
- 8–12+ years in enterprise systems, data engineering, or application platforms; 5+ years leading teams delivering mission‑critical integrations ideally in a Manufacturing setting.
- Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain; Customer Engagement) solution enablement and data flows.
- Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps), Dataverse, Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Functions), SQL/SSIS.
- PowerBI, knowledge of Fabric, ability to interface between technical developers and business needs.
