• Provide first-level technical support for desktop hardware and software issues
• Assist users with SharePoint Online tasks
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Execute user onboarding procedures
• Document solutions and contribute to IT knowledge base
Job Requirements
- Provides frontline technical support
- Knowledge of desktop hardware, software (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365)
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online
- Basic performance checks for AVD
- User onboarding/offboarding procedures
- Documentation and knowledge base contribution.
