Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of conflicts law firm experience or experience in a practice support or legal assistant capacity
- Basic knowledge of conflicts of interest issues
- High level of knowledge and ability related to technical systems associated with law firm new business intake
- Knowledge of InTapp preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with attorneys and staff
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment
- High level of knowledge of internet research
- Demonstrated ability to master new technology applications
- Advanced skill in operating standard office equipment, including desktop computers, printers, copiers, and telephones
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel.
