C&R Container Services is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, responding to emails, phone calls, and live chats. You will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of clients, providing information about our container services, assisting with order processing, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding our container services, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with order placement and management of their accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further issues.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
