Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Finance & Investor Relations Manager to support monday.com’s growing public-company finance function. This role sits at the intersection of investor communications, corporate development, financial planning, and strategic analysis, partnering closely with the Head of Investor Relations, Head of Corporate Development, CFO, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the investment community, with opportunities to shape external messaging and internal decision-making as monday.com continues to scale.
